Job title: Basketball Coach
Reports to: Co-Founder
Location: Dubai, UAE
Primary duties and responsibilities
- Create and implement tailored training programs for players.
- Conduct skill-based basketball sessions at client locations.
- Mentor and guide athletes to improve their techniques and teamwork.
- Monitor and evaluate player progress to ensure development.
- Promote a positive, motivating, and professional training environment.
Knowledge, skills and abilities
Qualifications
- Proven coaching experience with athletes of different levels and ages.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to own car.
- Strong understanding of basketball techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Expertise in developing player-specific training plans.
- Ability to inspire and motivate athletes.
